I'm Micah Naone, founder of One Up Volleyball.
My coaching experience spans NCAA Division I volleyball, USA Volleyball development programs, and championship-winning club teams.
I've had the opportunity to coach some of the nation's top collegiate athletes and help developing players and teams reach new levels of performance.
Through One Up Volleyball, my goal is simple: bring high-level coaching knowledge directly to athletes who want to improve.
